Judith Maude is a corporate governance consultant, company director, and the Principal of Aquilo Consulting.  Her extensive experience covers corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors. 

Having  begun her professional life as a solicitor specialising in employment law and industrial relations, Judith went on to hold key executive roles in the public sector, including Head of Governance at the ABC and Director of Governance at Infrastructure Australia. Judith has experience working across all areas of corporate governance including policy, risk, compliance, strategy, information management, and board governance. 

Judith is recognised for delivering effective outcome-based approaches to problem solving. She aims to take the complexity out of corporate governance, and to help clients develop and implement systems and processes that are fit-for-purpose and straight-forward to manage. 

Judith holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law from the University of NSW. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of Women on Boards.
